Krystie is an amazing photographer and now a great friend! I met her after having a horrible experience with a different photographer, so I had a lot of anxiety about finding a new photographer. Krystie quickly relieved any worries I had. She has been able to handle photographing all five of my kids, my uncooperative autistic son, and is able to face swap grumpy faces for smiley ones seamlessly. I couldn't recommend a better person for the job! She's also extremely affordable, but I'd still pay hundreds more if she had to bump up her prices because she's truly worth that much.

Krystie made family photos easy for me. She chose a location outside so it was okay if my boys were wiggly or loud. She adjusted flawlessly and suggested we get some photos of my older boys with their daddy when our newborn decided to eat. Where do I even start?! My family and I are new to the area and went to Krystie for a mini Christmas session. We have never felt so welcomed, and comfortable with a photographer. My heart is just so full. I have two Belgian Malinois, Remington (10 y.o.) and Kahr (4 y.o.) After a rough last couple of years, I really just wanted family pictures with my husband and our girls. I shared my concerns with trying to do pictures with super high energy dogs and the bond Remington and I have, and the emotions felt as I’ve watched her age. Krystie was confident it could be captured.
As expected, total chaos with the girl’s excitement. Krystie was so calm and patient that I didn’t for one second feel judged or have even an inkling that she was annoyed, allowing me to mentally capture the moment and enjoy it. We got pictures that truly show the fun we have as a family, but somehow she was also able to capture calm moments.
After family pictures, Krystie and I decided to go the beach with Rem. I had NO idea what I felt in my soul could be captured in pictures. Krystie was able to catch moments of stillness and capture my 10-year-old girl channel her inner puppy. Her body is aging, but her mind is still young, and Krystie was able to give me the gift of forever being able to see it.
The patience Krystie has and the skill to catch the moments when your heart feels the fullest is remarkable. I cannot recommend her more and am forever grateful for the moments I can now look at and feel like I’m in them.
